Giveaway - "Being Naughty Pays"

Giveaway RULES

1. A purchase of at least $1 must be made in order to be entered into the giveaway.
2. The purchase must be made on or between the Start & End dates for the giveaway.
3. Each product has a number of entries that you receive when you purchase that product.  Some products may offer you extra / bonus entries.  These are displayed to you on the detailed information page for the product.
4. An approved return or refund of that product during the giveaway will result in the # of entries originally received from the purchase to be deducted from your total # of entries.
5. The winner will be notified via email at the address provided on their profile.
6. The winner has 30 calendar days to contact Lady Maven via the Contact Us form on the website to arrange for the delivery of the prize.
7. If the winner does not contact us within the 30 days, their win will be nullified and a new winner will be randomly drawn from the pool of eligible winners. 
8. Prizes may not be swapped for another prize without the written agreement from officers at Lady Maven.
9. Winners are responsible for any taxes that they may owe on the prize.
10. Employees, officers and other staff of Lady Maven or its subsidiaries or vendors are not eligible to win the giveaway.
11. Eligibility will be determined at the time when the giveaway ends and if the winner is found to be ineligible, a new winner will be randomly drawn from the pool of eligible winners. 
12. Should the prize be lost, stolen or received damaged the winner must notify Lady Maven via the Contact Us form on the website within 10 days of delivery to make arrangements for a replacement.  If the winner fails to notify Lady Maven, the winner's prize will not be replaced.
13. Non identifying information about the winner and the giveaway in general will be posted to a blog on the Lady Maven site and may be used in marketing by Lady Maven.  Note, per our privacy policy we will NEVER disclose a member's identity.
14. Affiliate members are eligible to win based on purchases completed under their own member profile.  I.e. Sales by affiliate members do not earn entries.
15. Yeah, a bunch of rules.  We don't like them either, but the frickin lawyers look at every damn letter.. so we want it to be fun and not a pain in the ass... so please just play by the rules.
