United States Shipping
We strive to ship all orders in a timely manner. All orders are shipped F.O.B. Broomfield, Colorado, and shipped via UPS Ground or Fed Ex Express Saver unless other arrangements are requested. Depending upon the options chosen by the User in the Checkout Process, the User may be responsible for all freight charges, insurance, handling charges, and C.O.D. fees. Back orders are shipped per your instructions.
International Shipping
Unfortunately, at this time we do NOT ship internationally.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are clearly included in the order process on the Website. During the checkout process you may select which option best suits your needs. Depending upon the products in your order, your use of special offers or coupons, your shipping charges may vary.
Minimum Order Charge
Order charges, including any minimum order charges, are displayed on the Website.
Back Order Policy
If a product that you ordered is no longer available at the time of fulfillment, but will be back in stock, it may be placed in a Back Ordered status. You will be notified via email of the Order Status and, if available, the expected date upon which the product will be available for fulfillment.
Should a Product go to a Back Order status but subsequently no longer be available at a future date, the portion of your order that relates to this product will be cancelled and a refund issued to the account used in the original payment. You will be notified via email if this situation should occur.
Garment Return Policy
All sales are final due to health laws. Please be sure to check our size charts or inquire about sizing information before ordering. Any garments returned will be disposed of, returned to you at your cost, or placed in your next order.
Seasonal Items Return Policy
Seasonal items with manufacturing defects must be reported within 30 days from receipt. Halloween, Christmas, and Valentine's Day items are considered seasonal. All sales are final. Any seasonal items returned will be disposed of, returned to you at your cost, or placed in your next order.
Defective Product
Products with manufacturing defects must be reported within 30 days from receipt. Please contact customer support at the contact information provided on the website to report any defects.
Refused/Returned Order
Refused or returned orders can be shipped for an additional shipping charges. Orders returned will only be reshipped after prepayment. You will be charged a 20% restocking fee and all shipping charges on restocked orders. Refused orders can cause your account to be placed on a “Prepaid Only” status.
Damaged/Shortages
Concealed damage or shortages must be reported to Lady Maven Customer Support within 48 hours from the receipt of goods. A claims form is included with each packing slip. If you receive a shipment that has exterior damage, has been opened or re-taped, you must file a claim at the time of delivery with the carrier. Please make sure the driver notes the damage. Save the original cartons and packing material for inspection by the carrier. Let us know immediately if you have had the driver note a problem.
