General Return Policy

Lady Maven recognizes that sometimes things need to be returned for a variety of reasons.  We try to accommodate return requests where possible.  However, we are constrained by law as to what we may accept as returns due to the nature of many of the products sold.

Please do not hesitate to contact us via the Comment Form and we will work with you on your specific needs.  Sometimes we are able to accommodate your requests and regrettably sometimes things are out of our control. 

Garment Return Policy
All sales are final due to health laws.  Please be sure to check our size charts or inquire about sizing information before ordering.  Any garments returned will be disposed of, returned to you at your cost, or placed in your next order.

Seasonal Items Return Policy
Seasonal items with manufacturing defects must be reported within 30 days from receipt.  Halloween, Christmas, and Valentine's Day items are considered seasonal.  All sales are final.  Any seasonal items returned will be disposed of, returned to you at your cost, or placed in your next order.
