Lady Maven believes that life should be fun and actively supports ways to encourage people to have fun; be that in their sex lives, intimate relationships or otherwise.

Giveaways is one way to engage repeat and potential customers.  We believe that if we can make visiting and shopping on the Maison du Maven website that people will be more likely to shop with us as we present a better value for the products purchased.

Each order placed on the Maison du Maven website enters you automatically into the giveaway.  Each product has a specific number of entries associated with it.  Based on the product{s} that you purchase you receive that number of entries into a specific giveaway.   

Example:  buy Gun Oil lube and it may have 2 entries while buying a pack of Trojan condoms may only give you 1 entry.  

For each product, the number of entries the member earns by purchasing that product is clearly shown at the bottom of the description on the product detail page.   

It will list the name of the giveaway and the number of entries you receive when purchasing that product.   

Each giveaway has a beginning and end period.  The name of the giveways and the dates for which they are valid are shown in the answer to the FAQ question of:  What Are The Giveaway Dates.  Please refer to that question to determne the appropriate dates and status of the giveaway.

The winner of the giveaway will be notified via email with congruations as well as information on how they will receive the prize. 

The rules for each giveaway are provided in the blog post that announces the giveaway.  Please refer to the blog pages and consult the one for the giveaway in which you are interested. 

However, the general rules are as follows:

• A purchase on the Maison du Maven - Lady Maven website is required to be eligible. 
• Each purchase will have a certain number of entries which is shown on the product detail page for each product.
• Certain products may not be eligible and if so, 0 entries will be shown on that product's detailed information page.
• Entries into a giveaway are only valid for purchases made during the giveaway period.
• The prize for a giveaway may not be exchanged for another prize unless authorized by written agreement by officers of Lady Maven.
• The winner of a giveaway will have 30 calendar days from the date of notification of their win to claim their prize.
• If a winner has not claimed the prize within the prize acceptance period, their win will be nullified and a new winner will be randomly drawn from the pool of eligible winners.  This is a chain and will continue until someone has accepted the prize within the prize acceptance period.
• Employees and Officers of Lady Maven, it's associated subsidaries and vendors are not eligible to win a giveaway.  At the end of the giveaway the winner's eligibility will be determined and if they are ineligible, their win will be nuliffied and a new winner will be randomly drawn from the pool of eligible winners. 
• Any taxes that may be applicable to the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.  
• If the prize is lost, stolen or destroyed or found to be defective during the fulfilment process to the winner, the winner has 14 calendar days to notify Lady Maven via the Contact Us form.  At that time, Lady Maven will either replace the prize or compensate the winner with a prize of equal or greater value.  Should the winner not notify Lady Maven within the fullilment period, the winner's entries will be nullified.  Lady Maven, at its sole discretion may then either award the prize to a newly drawn random winner from the pool of eligible winners or invalidate that giveway and not award a prize for that giveaway.
• The identify of a winner of any giveaway will not be made public except as permitted by the winner via a written agreement with Lady Maven.  However, Lady Maven in its sole descretion may publish winners' initials on a public dashboard reflecting the current status of people participating or that did participate in a prior giveaway. 
• Lady Maven, may at its sole discretion cancel a giveaway at any time [I.e. end the giveaway before the published end date], however, should Lady Maven do so, it will award the prize in accordance with the giveaway rules and update the end date of the giveaway on the appropriate blog post of FAQ Giveaway table.

Lady Maven is committed to the protection of minors and individuals under the legal age from exposure to pornography.  Hence, the Lady Maven website does NOT contain any videos or pornographically explicit material.  I.e. videos showing real or AI generated sexual content.

Our products are intended to enhance individuals' happiness with their sexual life or intimancy in their relationships. 

We do acknowledge that some materials on the site may be seen as offensive to certain individuals.  To anyone that finds the material offensive, we ask that you leave the site and/or block the site in your browser or systems that are accessing the web. 

At the moment we have not implemented any systematic means to restrict anyone from browsing or purchasing from the Maison du Maven website as there is not a method proven to be truly effective.   For example, if we ask for a user to enter their birthdate, we have no way to validate if they are being truthful or not.  

Where reasonable we will indicate that the site may contain material that some people may find objectionable. i.e. post a NSFW label, an 18+ icon, etc. 

No, Lady Maven does not use pornographic or explicit images in its advertising or videos when posting content to publically available/non-Adult Oriented sites or platforms.  E.g. we may post an ad or video promoting the site or a particular product or giveaway on Instagram, but it will not contain pornographic material.

On Adult oriented sites, such as porn websites, platforms or through agreements with affiliates, we may promote or advertise products intended for individuals of legal age.  E.g. we have an affliate agreement with an OnlyFans performer to market on their site.  What we provide or allow that performer to use about our site would be intended for their adult subscribers.  

Lady Maven does not have physical "stores" so POS devices are not supported.  Instead, we have partnered with various payment poviders and gateways to enable several methods of payment.  I.e. credit card companies, PayPal, Shopify, etc. 

At the time of checkout you will be presented with the options available for that purchase and you may choose whichever you like.   In the footer on our website, we list many of the methods we accept, but please be aware that these may change over time and/or specific orders may restrict which payment methods are available. 

Yes, the Maison du Maven website does NOT store your payment details such as card number, BIN or MCC.  You will need to enter payment information each time you plance and order and/or select from options that you may have stored in your own broswer, widget or tool. 

Lady Maven recognizes that sometimes things need to be returned for a variety of reasons.  We try to accomodate return requests where possible.  However, we are constrained by law as to what we may accept as returns.  Please see our return policy at:

Lady Maven is delighted to have visitors and members on our website.  To enhance the experience, we may have incorporated hidden offers, rewards, or other items which, when found, will be unexpected and hopefully offer the user a more entertaining visit to the Maison du Maven website.

IMPT:  Note that availability of prizes or gifts to be given to the user is conditional upon the supply available.  The website will provide appropriate messaging if a prize or gift is no longer available. 

In the event that an easter prize or other such gift is no longer available for whatever reason, the product /prize/gift may show a message such, as "Sold Out".  Unfortunately, that prize is no longer available. 

Prizes are always of limited quantities and they are available on a first come first served basis.  We indicate to the user in the "you have won a prize" process that the winning of a prize is subject to supplies or quantities avaiable and while they last.

Lady Maven is under no obligation to award the prize if such a condition occurs.  The user may contact Lady Maven via the Contact Form and notify us that this has occurred.  Please note that at our sole discretion we may, although there is no obligation or commitment by Lady Maven to do so, substitute a prize of similar value or award credit or provide future discount.  

On the detail information page for each product, we have included any size information that is available to us as provided by our suppliers.   In some cases this will be just written text such as:  Small is size 6 - 8,  Length = X,  Width = Y and so forth.  

In other cases we may provide a sizing table at the bottom of the detailed product information.  

We advise you to review whatever sizing information is available PRIOR to making a purchase for which size is a critical consideration.  Unfortunately, we are bound by laws which do not allow for returns for certain items.  Please take special caution when ordering products which are not returnable.
